Registration obligation

User Obligations

  You also permit subscribers to access, display, store or reproduce such material for their personal use. The owner of such materials published on the site, has all rights that may arise from here.
  IRistorante.it assumes no responsibility for the opinions of users on restaurants, which are published on this site.

Intellectual property rights

IATech LLC authorizes users to view and download material from the portal only for personal and non-commercial use. The content of the portal, texts, graphics, images, software and other materials are protected by copyright.
The compilation (adding and rearranging) of the content of the portal is the exclusive right of the owner and manager, a right protected by law. Unauthorized use of the materials is a violation of copyright and other laws. Users may not sell or modify the materials, display them publicly, distribute or use in any way, for public or commercial purposes.

The reservations section

The IRistorante.it portal offers a free service to users of the website www.iristorante.it and other affiliated websites through which users can register a reservation request for the desired venue.
When making a reservation request, the user offers the representatives of the Iristorante.it portal the right to transmit contact details to the representatives of the venue where the reservation is desired and agrees with "I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with law 196/2003" and agrees with the conditions of use of the website www.iristorante.it.
IRistorante does not guarantee confirmation of a reservation made by a user, and the reservation notification service is offered within the limits of available resources and is available between the hours of 9-17.
IRistorante.it does not assume any responsibility for notification requests for reservations that have not been taken by the venue or that have not been confirmed by the venue representatives.
To confirm the reservation, users are asked to contact the venue directly where they wish to book.

Obligations and responsibilities of the owner and operator
