The reference guide for venues is one of the most important places where your venue can appear. Why not offer your customers the opportunity to see what is being written about the preparations and the venue you manage? An informed choice will always lead to a more loyal customer. To add a review to a reference guide, use the “Add new Review” button and then enter the details of the review that is available in the guide. Attention! When entering the name of the guide, check that it is spelled correctly.

It is very important for a customer to know the address of your restaurant. In this section you can specify exactly where you are located. If you have entered the correct address of the restaurant, our system automatically detects its location on the map. If you want to change the location on the map, grab the icon and put it in a specific place. After doing this, please click on the “Add Information” button.

Select the time when the venue is closed from the list and click on the “Add Closing Day” button. If you want to remove a day from the list, click on the “Remove” link, which is next to the day.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Is there a better way to introduce your restaurant to potential customers than showing them photos of your restaurant waiting for guests? In this section you can add photos of your restaurant. Select photos from your computer and then click the “Upload Image” button. After the image is uploaded, you can add more images. The effect of the photos will be very special.

In this section you can enter general information about the restaurant, which has not been introduced in the first section (general information)

The restaurant's specialty (if any); every establishment should have a specialty that makes it special to its customers. Don't forget to include detailed information about the specialty.
Holiday period (if any); do not enter closing days here; these will be entered in a special section.
Fun facts about the place; here you can enter interesting things about the place (for example: it was recently visited by a star, it organizes live music concerts, the decorations of the place are very special...)
Other information; information you have that does not have a place in the previous sections.

To add a venue to our site, you need to have registered a “Business Account”.

After logging into your account with the username and password you chose, you will be automatically redirected to a page where you enter the general information of the establishment (name, address, phone number). This step is necessary before you can enter any other information about the establishment. When adding the address, you can choose the area where your establishment is located (if the area does not exist, you can also add one).
Please pay special attention to choosing the type of establishment (you have 3 options available; for example: restaurant, pizzeria, ethnic restaurant), and to choosing the cuisine that the establishment you want to add serves (you have 3 options available). It is preferable that the information entered is more detailed, so that people who visit the page of the establishment can choose in an informed and optimal way.
When you have finished entering the information about the establishment, click the “Add Restaurant” button. From this moment on, you can enter and modify all the data about your restaurant.

To give your customers and visitors to your restaurant one more reason to spend memorable moments with friends, business partners (colleagues) or family, you can add your menu to the site, with all the dishes and specialties you serve.
To add a new menu, click on the “Add a new menu” button, and enter the menu title and a short description. After adding the menu, click on the “Add new dish” button, to insert new items into the menu and complete all the menu items.

To provide a way to manage all communications between the site administrators and you, but also to control the notifications you receive from the system (adding a new review, adding a new comment, ratings for reviews, adding a new restaurant to a review list), the messages section will contain all these messages.

To change the data with which you registered on the site, please click on the link “Your profile”, available at the top of each page of your account.
After changing the information in the form, please click the button “Update data”.

In this section you can manage reservations for your restaurant, which will be made through the IRistorante website.

In this section you will find all the reviews entered by users, for your restaurant. In this section you can respond individually to each review entered (positive or negative), to offer your customers the certainty that their requests are listened to, but also to guarantee a great transparency to the review system.

In order to introduce a new restaurant on the IRistorante.it website, you must first register a business account for your restaurant. To do this, please click on the “Add Restaurant” button, located at the top of each page of the site, to be redirected to the account registration page.
IMPORTANT: It is very likely that your restaurant is already registered on the site, and in order to manage it, you must create this business account. Before entering the name of the restaurant, click on the blue “Search Restaurant” link, located on the right side, in the “Restaurant Details” section, to open a search window for restaurants. In the “ID or Name” field, enter the name of the restaurant or just part of the name of the restaurant and press the “Search” button. If your restaurant appears in the list, please click on its name to be saved, and then complete the form with your details.
If your restaurant does not appear in the list, please close the search window and complete the form with your details. It is very important that the data entered in the form are true, so that they can be verified by an IRistorante operator.
After completing the registration form, click on the “Create my Business Account” button.
After pressing the registration button, you will be redirected to a registration confirmation page. At this time, a registration confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered, along with the login details for your account and the link to complete the registration.
To access your account through the login page, please enter your email address and password. You will then be able to enter your restaurant details.
If the restaurant is already on the site after the authentication process, you will be redirected to the restaurant information management page, where you can modify all the existing information.

In this section you can offer visitors a list of recipes that you have in your restaurant. Certainly, many people will come to taste the food that a great chef prepares! A recipe entered on the site, which arouses interest, will be published on the first page of the portal and can bring more customers to your restaurant.

To retain the customers you currently have, but also to attract new customers to your restaurant, we recommend adding food discount coupons. To add a discount coupon, click on the “Add a new coupon” button and enter the title, details and terms of use of the coupon. If the discount you offer exceeds 25% of the total price of the offer, please send us an email to info@iristorante.it, to intensively promote your offer on our site and on partner sites.

In this section you can insert links for the venue, from the profiles you have on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In or My Space. If you wish to add other social media portals, please send us an email with this fact.

How do I use tags? A tag is a word or phrase that you can add to your business that gives it a more personal meaning to your customers. For example, you can add the following tags to your business: “romantic atmosphere”, “good pizza”, “special appetizer”, so they can find them later, or you can add a tag to an entertainment business, such as: “entertainment” or “live music”, to help other members find the business more easily when they are looking for something specific.
