Pollo con funghi al forno in centrul Clujului
Toulouse este unul dintre bistro-urile din centrul Clujului, cu pretentii destul de mari si preturi pe masura. Imi place cum e decorat si chiar daca pare oarecum inghesuit, e destul de intim. Preparatul meu preferat de la Touluose este Pollo con funghi al forno, adica pui cu ciuperci preparate cu sos de smantana, la cuptor, cu un strat generos de mozarella deasupra. Am incercat si cateva tipuri de paste, dar parca tot puiul e mai gustos.
