Nel giugno dello scorso anno ho mangiato al Ristorante Il Delfino:avevo letto su una guida turistica di questo locale ma debbo dire che la realtà ha superato di gran lunga l'aspettativa.A parte la cordiale accoglienza,il pranzo è stato a dire poco "pantagruelico" con antipasti,primi,secondi ottimi ed abbondanti,il tutto innaffiato da fresco Bianco d'Alcamo e per finire sorbetto.Il prezzo?Qui da noi al Nord ci mangi una 4 stagioni e bevi una birra.Con mia moglie ho in programma di tornare in Sicilia e Vi fisso appuntamento per il 1° Giugno.A presto!!!

Ho mangiato nel locale a pranzo domenica 18 dicembre 2011. Il servizio per quanto la gentilezza è eccellente. Il vino servito era un buon catarratto dal medio contenuto di solfiti appartenente alla cantina Principe di Camporeale. Gli antipasti erano abbastanza buoni e gustosi. Lasciavano invece un po' a desiderare i primi piatti che non erano abbastanza cotti e soprattutto la pasta con le sarde che aveva eccessiva presenza di finocchietto selvatico e poco pesce. Le linguine allo scoglio erano inondate da una quantità eccessiva di olio. Il sorbetto finale era al gusto fragola mentre sarebbe stato più adatto quello al limone. La pulizia del locale non è il massimo a prima vista. Prezzo 27 euro a persona. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: appena sufficiente
