Other information: La storia del Ristorante pizzeria la Fraschetta nasce nel febbraio 1976 quando Ciro, Vittorio, Ezio e Ugo decidono di aprire la Fraschetta nel cuore di Trastevere a Via San Francesco a Ripa. Provenienti da Meo Patacca e Ciceruacchio (due locali storici di Trastevere) i quattro riescono in poco tempo a trasformare quello che sarebbe diventato da lì a poco un locale di successo dove qualità e cortesia si coniugano in perfetta armonia.
