“Hosteria romana, sotto il Quirinale, molto buono”
Siamo andati a vedere il " Tintoretto" alle scuderie del Quirinale, e volendo pranzare siamo scesi verso la Fontana di Trevi, incontrando questo piccolo ristorante che ci ha ispirato, ( c'era tanta gente a mangiare ) e siamo entrati. Una delle ragazze gentile e velocissima ci ha dato un tavolo e subito offerto un aperitivo. Abbiamo scelto un po' di antipasti tra cui da segnalare i fritti , carciofi e fiori,e una buona bruschetta, non al pomodoro ma con la cicoria ripassata e il lardo, molto gustosa. Abbiamo assaggiato linguine col pescespada e le melanzane, e gli strozzapreti con vongole e porcini, veramente da leccarsi i baffi. poi abbiamo proseguito con un pescespada a la messinese, col pomodoro, e un classico filetto al pepe rosa. complimenti per la carne molto tenera e vero manzo , e il pesce ben fresco. Uno sgoppino con la vodka e una grappa. Il conto, vista la zona ""giusto"" !! Quindi se capita, non perdetevi questo ristorantino
