PESSIMO
In occasione delle mie ultime vacanze a Costa Rei, ho scelto una sera di cenare al ristorante Sa Cardiga e su Pisci. Siamo in 6, decidiamo di ordinare da bere e di inziare con dei primi a base di pesce. Quattro di noi, ordinano dei primi da €12,50 che si presentavano con delle cozze. Coincidenza ha voluto che prima di consumare il contenuto delle cozze abbiamo pensato di dare un occhiata all'interno. Praticamente le cozze erano state pulite così male che non era stato levato neppure quella sorta di spago che le tiene chiuse. Ci siamo lamentati con due cameriere che hanno dichiarato di aver fatto presente il problema in cucina. Concludento, andiamo a pagare il conto e ci lamentiamo ulteriormente. La risposta del titolare è stata: "Forse vi ho dato da mangiare roba guasta?" La cassiera invece ha cercato di scusarsi minimizzando il problema e proponendo uno sconto, mentre in sottofondo si sentivano le imprecazioni del titolare. Diverso invece è stato l'atteggiamento del Maitre che ci ha addirittura lasciato intendere che ci conveniva andarcene di corsa. Lascio a voi l'interpretazione di questo consiglio. La serata si conclude con offese nei nostri confronti pronunciate dal titolare. Ci tengo a precisare che la tavolata era composta da 4 donne 2 uomini e un bimbo di 14 mesi che dormiva. Questa puntualizzazione è sufficente a lasciare intendere che il nostro atteggiamento è stato più che garbato
