iamo stati al Tempo Ritrovato sabato scorso. Seppur dall'esterno il locale sembrerebbe anonimo, appena entri vieni "avvolto" da un'atmosfera rilassante e un'accoglienza deliziosa. Ci siamo accomodati in una saletta molto confortevole, arredata con finissimo gusto e con una delicata luce soffusa. Abbiamo degustato come antipasti dei gustosissimi gamberi rossi di Mazara del Vallo: mai mangiato un crudo di pesce così delicato e piacevole. Come primi personalmente ho scelto delle superbe linguine al tartufo bianco di Alba (non potevo farmi sfuggire questa occasione), mentre la mia fidanzata ha preferito continuare il pasto con del pesce optando per dei pennoni di Gragnano con code di gamberi e mosciame di tonno. Come secondi, la mia fidanzata ha preso una rosetta di tonno al lardo naturale con tarte tatin di cipolle dolci di Andezeno, mentre io, preso dall'entusiasmo dell'eccellente tartufo, mi sono fatto preparare una tagliata di manzo irlandese e l'ho letteralmente sommersa di tartufo bianco. Un'ottima Nebbiolo ci ha accompagnato in questo delizioso pasto. Davvero ottimi i dolci, la ciliegina sulla torta, per una più che piacevole serata. Dimenticavo: come dolce abbiamo preso una Sacher Torte davvero eccezionale realizzata allo stesso livello di pasticcerie molto blasonate presenti a Torino. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
