un luogo di contemplazione del cibo e dei gusti che ne derivano. questo ho provato all'uscita del ristorante,il buon gusto di gaetano costa non si limita solo alla sua crezione dei piatti ma visto lo stile scelto e i dettagli che offre il suo ristorante ti accorgi ,e ne hai piena coscienza, di avere di fronte un uomo pronto a volare con le sue idee di ospitalita'non comune a tutti. uno chef geniale e pulito,un uomo di spiccata intelligenza imprenditoriale pronto a divulgare un nuovo stile,il Suo.
