Assolutamente perfetto, sotto ogni punto di vista!
Un vero paradiso della gastronomia pugliese, un'antica trattoria! Assolutamente perfetto, sotto ogni punto di vista! Sono già cliente fedele di questa trattoria. Andiamo ogni settimana per pranzare o cenare, e la cucina è sempre eccellente. I preparatti sono sempre accompagniati da liquori fatti in casa, che vengono sempre lasciati sul tavolo. Tutto perfetto! Se andate, vi consiglio di prenotare, perché il locale non è molto grande. Questo splendido ristorante vale la pena essere provato!

Ne avevo sentito parlare solo sulla carta (guide varie) ma ieri, 11/12/2010, a pranzo ho potuto finalmente gustare per almeno 9 volte (ambiente, colori, accostamenti, freschezza, profumi, aromi, sapori, consistenza ed ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!) sorprendenti antipasti specie di verdura ed ortaggi, primi piatti reinventati con cura e mirabili carni trascurate dalle nostre tavole. Complimenti davvero, soprattutto per la disponibilità e la simpatia nell'ospitalità (un sorriso aperto e cordiale che ti accoglie ti scalda il cuore!)e un plauso ai giovani che si sono alternati con competenza e prontezza al nostro affollato tavolo.
