Ottimo ristorante tipico romano...ci ritorno!
Ristorante che vale la pena frequentare...e non solo una volta. ottimi primi, suggerisco cacio e pepe da urlo, come l'amatriciana. si può chiedere anche un fantastico "trittico di primi" che prevede cacio e pep, amatriciana e carbonara serviti su un grande piatto. Ottime anche le carni alla brace, cucinate con maestria. Il martedì e il venerdì ho trovato sempre anche il pesce fresco; non ditelo a mia madre, ma nessuno cucina i calamari alla piastra come da Sergio! (ottime anche spigole e orate, cucinate e aperte, servite con cottura perfetta, mantenendo tutto il gusto delicato del pesce). per il vino, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo del vino della casa.
