Pesce e frutti di mare in un ambiente elegante
Nel ristorante Da Giovanni ho mangiato fino adesso una deliziosa lasagna, un piatto con pesce crudo ed uno con frutti di mare. Tutti questi porzioni sono stati abbastanza grandi per me. Nel loro menù ho osservato anche piatti della cucina più classica italiana, piatti tipici piemontesi, ma che non ho ancora provato. Ho notato invece che i preparati di mare hanno un prezzo più alto che queli della cucina del teritorio.

Un solo aggettivo per definire questo posto: STRATOSFERICO. Un ambiente molto curato avvolge ogni portata che vi viene presentata. Raffinatezza, eleganza e celerita' nel servizio sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche che possono descrivervi uno dei ristoranti migliori di Torino in assoluto. Se avete la presunzione di capirne qualcosa di cibo, "Da Giovanni" non puo' sicuramente mancare al vostro palato. Gamberi scottati con porcini e pesche sono qualcosa di veramente eccezionale, magari accompagnate da mezzo bicchiere di ALBAREIL di CERETTO...
