Non solo pesce
Consigliatissimo per chi desidera mangiare ad uin livello superiore alla media. Anche per chi non è super amante del pesce ci sono dei piatti prelibati come la vellutata di ceci con fois gras, ottima! Il piatto che preferisco è la frittura italiana. Un apoteosi di verdure tagliate sottilissime, fritte in olio bollente (tempura) aromatizzate con salasa wasabi... da leccarsi i baffi. Non parlo poi del pesce che lo chef propone tra le migliori scelte di tutta la Liguria.
