guai a confondere una busecca con la cotoletta!
ristorante molto carino, attenzione per chi non è milanese: la busecca in effetti è un piatto di trippa! Io sono abruzzese e ho pensato di ordinare la cotoletta alla milanese con il nome busecca! Anche se un po' delusa devo riconoscere che è stato un piatto buonissimo! complimenti! i ragazzi sono simpaticissimi!
