Pietra is my favorite Italian restaurant in Liverpool. The ambiance is very elegant, modern, but pleasant. The food is incredible: a modern adaptation of traditional Italian recipes. Everything I had, especially the spaghetti bolognese and the risotto al funghi, were delicious.
