Beppe nuovo titolare delle Pietre Cavate
Buon giorno a tutti,mi chiamo beppe e sono il nuovo titolare dal 1 marzo.premetto che tanti piatti storici sono rimasti come,,,riso verde,ribollita,pasta e fagioli,tagliata alla toscana ,fiorentina all'antica ,come gran parte del personale di sala ,e cucina.,Essendo meridionale o aggiunto ll pesce fresco da crudo,le mozzarelle,burrate,e stracciatella pugliese e vari dolci casarecci. . il nuovo giorno di chiusura è lunedi' tutto il giorno,e cosa importante a 50 metri potrete usufruire di parcheggio gratuito. . . ringraziandovi dell'attenzione,spero presto facciate tappa alla Trattoria Le Pietre Cavate e il Mare.........grazie da beppe
