Indian food tasting
Indian flavours are, in my opinion, the strongest among all other cuisines. Tasting the dish I ordered, which contained king prawns marinated with aromatic fenugreek and with a side of green mango, avocado and lime, meant an explosion of flavours in my mouth. Chef Aktar Islam is the best !
