come essere in Sardegna !
Io sono sarda, e non rimpiazzerai la tradizione della mia cucina con nessuna al mondo. Sfortunatamente per lavoro ho dovuto lasciare la mia terra e trasferirmi a Milano. Pensavo di non riuscire mai piu' ad assaggiare quei strepitosi sapori della mia infanzia ma devo dire che La Brocca riesce a riportarmi in quello stato d'animo. Ve lo garantisco andateci, perche' quella che preparano qui e' la vera cucina sarda, in ogni particolare, a volte capita di incotrare anche un cameriere con l'accento sardo. Ah, il servizio e' impeccabile e rapido !
