Orientul Apropriat, mai aproape
Auzisem ca preparatele libaneze sunt extreme de bune, dar nu am crezut pana ce nu am incercat. La Beirut am avut ocazia sa ma conving de acest lucru, si sa incep sa-i conving si pe altii. Am incercat din meniul variat, Kebe prajite, adica carne de vita prajita cu grau zdrobit, muguri de pin, sare si alte condiment specifice culturii culinare libaneze. Am intrebat, dar nu mai tin minte din cauza denumirilor. Oricum important este ca mancarea servita la ei a fost delicioasa, iar placinta cu Zatar (cimbru) ceva nou si gustos. Inca un avantaj, au si spatii pentru nefumatori.
