ho provato la nuova gestione. il menù presenta un numero contenuto di ricette, come dovrebbe essere in ogni ristorante che punta alla qualità. lo stile di cucina è tutto sommato semplice, ma affascinante, perchè il cuoco si affida ad una base di ricette classiche, su cui propone fantasiosi variazioni di sapore, giocando molto con i dettagli. in cucina sembrerebbero usare soltanto materie prime di elevata. la cena è stata ottima. il servizio gentile ed accogliente. forse un pelo d'olio e di sale in meno per raggiungere la perfezione. ma per il resto consigliatissimo.

Ci ero già stato per un compleanno ma niente di speciale, ieri sono tornato e devo dire che, sarà per il cambio di gestione, ma sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Proprietaria gentilissima, piatti cucinati molto bene con ottime materie prime e prezzi adeguati. Tornerò di sicuro.
